Les Rosiers provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people (two doubles and one twin bedded) – each room has its own shower room and ceiling fan.

 A woodburning stove and central heating ensure comfort all year round.

 

The kitchen and living area is spacious, with a luxury fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, large fridge and freezer for easy living.

 

There’s comfortable seating in the lounge area which has television with English channels, DVD player, audio unit.

 

The 8m x 4m salt water swimming pool is “amazing”, to quote one of our guests.  It’s sited in a huge, light and airy sechoir - a traditional tobacco drying barn - its louvre-sides open to let in sunlight whilst still giving protection from harmful rays. It’s available May - October and is always a comfortable 25 degrees. Last year, one family chose Les Rosiers because they wanted their children to swim as much as possible.

 

The house is in a delightful rural setting, but it’s only 5 kms from lively Montignac-sur-Vezere which has Wednesday and Saturday markets, 18 kms from Sarlat (a huge Saturday market!), 25 kms from Brive, 20 kms from Les Eyzies – there’s lots of places to visit there, including the recently opened National Museum of Prehistory.

 

The Vezere River is only 250 metres away - the fishing is excellent -  you need a permit (which we can organise for you).
