It’s the ideal base for a self catering holiday and you can

take day tours with Steve as your guide/translator.

The apartment comprises kitchen/diner, bedroom/lounge and bathroom and its own terrace for al fresco lunches and dinners.  There’s plenty of restaurants nearby, but if you want to self-cater the facilities are there. It’s centrally heated too for all season comfort.

 

The 8m x 4m salt water swimming pool is “amazing”, to quote one of our guests.  It’s sited in a huge, light and airy louvre-sided barn and available May - October; it’s always a comfortable 25/26 degrees. One family chose Les Rosiers because they wanted their children to swim as much as possible.

 

Les Rosiers is in a delightful rural setting, but it’s only 5 kms from lively Montignac-sur-Vezere which has Wednesday and Saturday markets, 18 kms from Sarlat (a huge Saturday market!) and 20 kms from Les Eyzies – there’s lots of places to visit there, including the recently opened National Museum of Prehistory.

 

The Vezere River is 250 metres away - the fishing is excellent!
