Accommodation near Lascaux Dordogne

When you join us on a Guided Archaeology Tour here in the Dordogne, you stay at our recently converted fermette (farmhouse) near Lascaux . It’s 5 kms from Montignac-sur-Vezere, a lively market town and the gentle Vezere River is just a stroll away. Our nearest chateau is 250 metres as the crow flies and sits majestically on its rocky foundation overlooking the river.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite facilities (shower with thermo-static control for your comfort, toilet and basin). There are cooling ceiling fans and central heating for when extra warmth is needed.

The 2 upstairs shower rooms are identical - the showers have thermostatic controls for your comfort and safety.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the bedrooms

The lounge area, ideal for relaxing and chatting and there’s plenty of books to read and browse  too.
